Ownership

By paying the full production fee you will own 100% of the master rights to the songs we create (income from streaming and sales). Publishing royalties will be split 50/50 between us. If additional contributors are involved, we’ll clarify the split on a case-by-case basis.

Usage Rights

I reserve the right to use our co-created music for my portfolio and self-promotion. For example, on my website, on social media, at events, or in demo sessions with other artists. The compositions may not be used for hate speech or right-wing extremist content. My instrumentals alone may not be resold or licensed to third parties without my consent and profit participation.

Turnaround Time

The average turnaround for a finished song is 3–4 weeks.

Revision Policy

Instrumental production, mixing, and mastering each include up to 2 rounds of revisions. If you’re still not satisfied, we’ll find a solution. Additional revisions are normally billed at 80 CHF per hour.

Availability and Response Time

I’m available by phone Monday to Wednesday from 9 AM to 6 PM CET. If I can’t pick up, I’ll call back as soon as possible. You can reach me via WhatsApp every day. I usually reply to short messages within 24 hours on weekdays and within 48 hours on weekends.

Refund Policy

If, within 10 days of starting the project, there are valid reasons for contract termination (such as lack of quality, gross negligence, personal conflict, serious injury or accident, or natural disaster), I will refund your money.
